I’m trying to figure out how to apply to be a art docent (tour guide) at local museums, where do I start?

does anyone know what “industry” this would be. I have a Bachelor of Science with a Studio Arts degree, and other skills that I feel would make this a great job for me

in our National museum, a course is given to prepare museum guids. So how about asking the museum, you would like to work with.
As much as I know, art historians usually do that, but I see no reason why an artist could not be even better in this.
