Affordable marine conservation program?

I’m a recent high school grad and am going to college next year to study marine biology/biological oceanography. I’ve been searching for a volunteer program somewhere in the U.S. (I’m from New Jersey) that would allow me to do some field volunteer work with coral reefs or sea turtle conservation or something along those lines (anything hands-on). However, I’m dealing with a severe monetary constraint. I would love to volunteer abroad, but everything just seems to be too expensive. Because I’m only going to be a freshman, most internships will not be interested until I am an upperclassman or entering graduate school. Does anyone know of AFFORDABLE volunteer programs that would allow me to do some hands-on work?

Check with the marine bio/bio oceanography graduate department at the college you will be attending. Grad students and postdocs always need help with fieldwork. It’ll give you a leg up on your college work as well. Graduate department secretaries are invariably helpful and knowledgable people.

Wedding Anniversaries

come around once a year. It is a time to recognize and celebrate the loving marriage. However, sometimes it can be hard to make the anniversary the best it can be. These days, married couples are looking for more than just a dinner served with red roses.

A Social Gathering

at a private home, possibly catered, is a great way to appreciate the bond between a married couple. Guests come by invitation only, while a band plays music for entertainment. Speeches are made, to congratulate the couple as well as amuse them. Games and contests can be held as more entertainment for the guests.

A Ski Trip

is a great way to escape the noisy city and enjoy nature’s peace together with your partner. It is the perfect romantic getaway due to the beautiful, mountainous Ski Resorts located in Northern Ontario or even Europe! Take a whole day to ski and enjoy the magnificent scenery nature has to provide. Nothing beats nature’s beauty and all it’s glory; it is a truly stunning sight! Enjoy a cozy log cabin in the forest and sit by the warm fire at night, sipping hot chocolate and nibbling on chocolate cake!

Learning to Dance

can be a great way to strengthen the relationship. Marriage is all about connecting with each other and growing stronger together. Time should be spent with each other; it helps bond the two. Learning to dance can be the start of a whole new hobby that both partners can enjoy doing together! Furthermore, both partners will be capable to dance. This makes going to parties and other social events less stressful!

A get together

at a beach is also very romantic! Guests love the scenery and enjoy the beautiful view of the lake. Tables can be set up on the sand as well as sun umbrellas. Coolers can be stuck under the tables with long, colorful table cloths draping over the edges, to cover them. A Volleyball net can be set up for a fun game of Volleyball and a tent canvas can be set up as well for a bigger area of shade. This neat design creates a very romantic, low stress atmosphere for the married couple as well as the guests.

A dinner on a boat

with or without guests is also a great option. Cruising on the lake is not only enjoyable but romantic as well. Whether the cruise is at night, to enjoy the boat’s beautiful lights, or during the day to feel the warm, blazing sun, this cruise creates the perfect memory to last a lifetime!

Night Clubbing at a popular club

is extremely entertaining as well as romantic. The sexy atmosphere creates an amazing mood for the married couple. Dancing and enjoying the company of others is a great way to celebrate one’s special day if you are looking for something a little more unique. You could never go wrong with this choice, who doesn’t like to have a good time?

Anniversary essay

To rejoice and memorize special events in your life that occurred with Someone who is extraordinary, and means something to you is a gift from god. Once a year, you hear people have a discussion about their “anniversary”, a special day in the year; and it might not be a holiday on the calendar, but it is something worth celebrating for. People have celebrated their anniversary from generation to generation, but what is the reason? Why do we celebrate these special moments in life? This there a story behind every anniversary celebrated, or it something

Created by businesses just to make money?

An anniversary is a word coming from the Latin, anniversarius, which means year and (re)turning yearly. Anniversary is a day that commemorates and celebrates a past event that occurred on the same day of the year as the initial event. Examples of certain anniversaries can be dates like a birthday or a wedding

Anniversary. Birthdays are the most common type of anniversary, but

Wedding anniversaries seemed to be the most important ones, they are also often

Celebrated on the same day of the year as the wedding occurred, two married people find this very important to remind each other why they are still Together. Anniversaries are important to the people that celebrate that special day.
