I am homeschooled and I need A Laptop or a Desktop Computer for schoolwork…?

Can someone tell me where and possibly how to get a Laptop or a computer for Homeschooling… My mother can not afford a new one right now because she is paying my tuition and we live in Michigan so she has no job… Her computer is starting to fail and some of my programs I need do not work on it… But I need a computer for school… One that can support my school programs.
I would prefer a Laptop so I can take it places (EC Public Classes, Library etc.) So please can someone help me…

50-year-old Invisible Woman?

This is a weird place in life to be: a 50-year-old single woman who is not a celebrity and who does not look like a model. I was married in my twenties, divorced in my twenties, was an elementary school teacher, now a librarian/archivist. I love rollercoasters and have a professional membership in a national rollercoaster organization. Yeah… it can be hard to meet people… if you don’t mix in where people your own age can be found. And there are so many dating clubs and services for people of all different age groups. You just have to search them out locally. It can be tough, if you don’t put the effort into it. Takes work. Dating at ANY age takes work. That never changes, sorry to say. Good luck

I’m Bored and….?

Please gimme an ans my friend asked me this and i don’t know what to answer. Here is his question:
i’m preping for SAT’s and yet i feel extremely bored at home. Graduated 2007 jul. I read but c’mon can’t do that forever. The library is my only refuge and even when i go there i always want to associate with people but then when i see my peers i loose courage and put up affectations. I lac kthe temerity to walk up and socialize. What do i do?

you’re an introvert, you can’t change that. I’m one too, all you can do is make the effort to go out, smile, always smile and seem friendly, put on your social mask and get out there with the rest of them. you can’t change introvert to an extrovert, it’s just who you are.
