library scavenger hunt

I have to write an essay that summarizes the activity from my prespective. This essay is about a group project?
Library Scavenger hunt was the project. I need to write a journal type essay about how the group function.
You need to write about everything that happened from your point of view.
Did anyone take the lead, take charge from the very beginning? How did you feel about that person taking command? Did they do a good job in motivating everyone?
Were you, yourself able to influence events and the others? What did you do and how did it make you feel?
Basically, group projects are about group dynamics, group interaction, who shows innovation, imagination, ingenuity and leadership qualities, who makes everyone laugh and why and who stays behind, quiet and doesn’t really contribute anything.
These are all questions you need to address in your essay BUT you need to be diplomatic and not be too enthusiastic about nor come down too hard on anyone.
