Library database help ASAP?

I am preparing Library database using MS- Access and I am facing few problems which I want you to solve. and you can use SQL or VB or any other programming language that could help. and the problems are:
the first one is that I want the system when I enter the User ID to complete the information of this user.
the second one is that I want the system to calculate the number of remaining copies.
the third one is that I want the system to display a message that says there is no more copies available if the copies I have were all borrowed.
to be honest some had send me a code to do some of the above but the code has some problems that i cant solve (I am a dentistry student but this project is for the computer Skills course )

You should use MySQL for databases, it is much more secure, stable and easier to use.
I will do the SQL queries for MySQL with PHP, since it’s the PHP that is used to submit the forms.

After that you just complete the form information with (for example, First Name): $user['firstname'];
That retrieves the first name from the database selections you just performed.

not really sure for ucla but i had about those grades and i got into cal poly, but they have a really weird acceptance system– someone with higher grades than me got rejected and someone with lower grades than me got accepted, so apply everywhere just to be safe.
